Product Overview
Bluing steel strap is to heat treatment the steels at about 200 degree centigrade and make the steel surface to form a layer of dense ferroferric oxide film. Its main ingredient is ferroferric oxide. The layer of protective film can prevent iron rusts,before packing, you also can paint a layer of anti-rust oil to prolong the store time. (Dense ferroferric oxide film can film the steel body isolated from air and water, and have the effect of anti rust) In general, they are 3-4 layer of packaging, or we can according to customer requirements for packaging.
After the special process of baking blue, the product has the characteristics of flat board surface, bright color, corrosion and rust resistance and durability, strong tensile performance, fire resistance, economic and durable, and not easy to fall off. It can produce single and rewinding rolls of various specification weights from 10KG-500KG because of using advanced motor control system. Inner Diameter of Wrapping tape are φ200mm, φ300mm, φ406mm total three sizes to fit for different standard equipment from Europe, America and China.
