Galvalume steel coil, also known as 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel coil, is a high-performance corrosion-resistant metal product produced by continuous hot-dip coating process. Its coating composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, which combines the long-term corrosion resistance of aluminum and the electrochemical protection of zinc. It has excellent heat resistance, can withstand long-term use at 490℃ without obvious oxidation and discoloration, and has high thermal reflectivity, with a reflectivity of more than 0.75, which is twice that of galvanized steel. It is widely used in building roof panels, wall panels, garage doors, ventilation pipes and other fields, effectively reducing building energy consumption. In addition, galvalume steel coil has good forming, welding and coating adhesion, suitable for cutting, bending, stamping and other deep processing. It can be used as the base material of color coated steel coil, and the coating is not easy to fall off during processing.
